Cristo started his recruitment career in 2006 and has serviced markets in Cyprus, Malta, Australia and Africa.  His recruitment experience covers a broad range of industries and types of roles, with the focus on management and executive level positions.  He has also provided non-recruitment HR consulting services to Clients looking to identify and thereby improve employee engagement levels.

Cristo has a master’s degree in the combined disciplines of philosophy and economics from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, an honors degree in philosophy from the University of Cape Town and a bachelor of science degree in economics from University College, London.
